What can I do with my points?
Once you earn 100 points, you can redeem them for savings on everyday purchases like Synergy™ gas, car washes, snacks, drinks and more. That’s because every 100 points gives you $1 off.
How do I sign up?
Sign up or register your card online at exxonmobilrewardsplus.com or through the Speedpass+™ app. You’ll need to enter your full name, phone number, email address and then follow three simple steps. That’s it!
How long will it take for my card to arrive?
Your Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card should arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks.
What should I do with my Plenti card and unused Plenti points?
Keep using your Plenti card to collect points and redeem them for savings until you receive your new Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card.Also, if you’re a Plenti member who’s shopped at an Exxon™ or Mobil™ station within the last 12 months and also agreed to data sharing, any unused points in your account will be matched by Exxon and Mobil in our new rewards program.
Can I use this program at other businesses?
No, Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ points can only be earned and redeemed at participating Exxon™ and Mobil™ stations.
Does this program work with the Speedpass+™ app?
Yes, the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program is integrated into the free Speedpass+ app. You can easily sign up for the program through the app and then link your rewards card to earn points every time you pay for gas with the app.
What should I do if I lose my Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card?
Just call customer service center at 1-888-REWARD+ and they’ll send a replacement card right away.
*For the Speedpass+ Exxon Mobil Rewards+ (EMR+) Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants will receive an additional 2 points/gallon on fuel purchases when they use eligible methods of payment with the Speedpass+ app at participating Exxon™ and Mobil™ stations (must be Speedpass+ enabled and participating in the EMR+ program). The EMR+ points will be added to the Speedpass+ app at the time of purchase. The Promotion will begin at 12:00:01 AM EST on September 1, 2018, and end at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2018. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must download the Speedpass+ app, create an account with a valid method of payment added and become an EMR+ loyalty member, or have an active Speedpass+ account available for fuel purchases with an EMR+ loyalty membership. All fuel grades, including diesel, are eligible. In order to qualify, a fuel purchase must be made with the Speedpass+ app during the Promotion Period at a participating Exxon and Mobil station (collectively a “Qualifying Purchase”). A Qualifying Purchase may be made alone or in conjunction with any other purchase, including a combination of fuel and car wash; however, the Promotion is limited to fuel purchases. ExxonMobil reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue the Promotion terms at any time without notice, including but not limited to during the applicable Promotion Period. †Exxon Mobil Rewards+ is a rewards program available at participating Exxon- and Mobil-branded service stations. Terms and conditions apply. You must fully enroll to become a member and use points. See exxonmobilrewardsplus.com to complete enrollment. Points have no monetary value and expire after 1 year. You must fully enroll prior to 12/31/18 in order to participate and receive a one-time bonus of 100 points. For each fill-up using your rewards card during the 30-day period following full enrollment, you will earn 15 points per gallon purchased. You cannot earn Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points for: tobacco, lottery, cash back, gift cards, money order, membership/loyalty, financial prepaid cards, aviation and marine fuels, milk (Pennsylvania, Maine, and Massachusetts) and on negative transactions, fees, miscellaneous prepaid products and tax. In some states points cannot be earned or redeemed on alcohol purchases. Though you cannot earn points on gift card purchases, taxes or miscellaneous prepaid cards, you can redeem points for these items.
